Description

The Automatic Capping Machine, Semi Automatic Capping Machine, and Capping Machine are precision built on a sturdy welded steel frame completely enclosed in stainless steel, and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of the machine.

Operation:

The feed containers moving on the conveyor belt are fed into and on the feed star wheel, bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part. While the bottle is being cap from the delivery chute of the cap feeding bowl, the body and the neck of the container are positioned below a specially designed hopper that is provided for more storage capacity. Deliver the cap to the delivery chute with the capping head rotating along with the main turret and perform the capping operation.
